Access to clean and sustainable water remains one of the most pressing challenges in Chad. Despite significant natural water resources, communities face recurring shortages due to climate variability, inadequate infrastructure, rapid population growth, and limited investment in water systems. Addressing these challenges requires collaborative dialogue and coordinated action across disciplines and sectors.
To address this need, Ecowater Alliance, Inc. will organize a National Conference on the State of Water in Chad, bringing together water experts, social scientists, economists, policymakers, and community leaders. The conference will provide a platform for research exchange, policy debate, and the development of innovative solutions to ensure sustainable water management.
We are currently putting the agenda together. Stay tuned! For agenda questions, email Gino Mbaigoto at gmbaigoto@ecowaterallaince.org
