Dr. Nodji Mbaigoto (Gino)  is an environmental scientist, educator, and strategic leader dedicated to advancing sustainable water and sanitation solutions worldwide. With a Ph.D. in Geography and Environmental Science & Policy, his work bridges geospatial technology, integrated water resources management, and community resilience. As founder of EcoWater Alliance, Gino brings over a decade of experience in environmental policy, water resources management,  and international development, combining academic rigor with field-tested innovation.


His career spans roles in municipal and federal government, academia, and global partnerships. Gino leads EcoWater Alliance with a vision to empower communities through data-driven strategies, scientific research, culturally responsive education, and collaborative environmental stewardship.

Dr. Clarisse Barbier is a cultural anthropologist whose work bridges social equity, community empowerment, and environmental justice. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology from the University of South Florida, where her research emphasized participatory development and marginalized populations. Dr. Clarisse Barbier is a cultural anthropologist whose work bridges social equity, community empowerment, and environmental justice. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology from the University of South Florida, where her research emphasized participatory development and marginalized populations. As a 2017 Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Barbier conducted 16 months of fieldwork in Burkina Faso, examining the social exclusion of women accused of witchcraft, an inquiry that deepened her commitment to inclusive, community-based solutions.

Her consulting experience spans multiple NGOs in Burkina Faso and Uganda, where she has supported initiatives focused on gender equity, public health, and sustainable resource access. Currently a professor at Howard University in Washington, D.C., Dr. Barbier brings a global perspective and interdisciplinary lens to Eco Water Alliance’s mission. Her expertise in cultural systems and stakeholder engagement strengthens the organization’s capacity to design water and sanitation programs that are locally grounded, socially transformative, and environmentally sustainable.

He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources with a concentration in International Employee Relations, alongside a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His decade

 

Charles Ndoloum is an established financial advisor and strategic operations professional with a deep commitment to advancing equitable access to essential resources. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources with a concentration in International Employee Relations, alongside a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His decade-long tenure at Fisher Investments, one of the largest registered investment advisory firms in the U.S., equipped him with broad experience in client engagement and organizational development.

Charles’s upbringing instilled in him a profound awareness of the systemic challenges faced by underserved populations, particularly in accessing clean water, sanitation, and basic infrastructure. This perspective fuels his dedication to nonprofit work and his role at EcoWater Alliance, where he contributes financial insight and operational strategy to help scale community-driven solutions.

His business acumen and global perspective strengthen EcoWater Alliance’s capacity to deliver sustainable impact, ensuring that every initiative is both mission-aligned and fiscally sound. Charles is driven by a belief that meaningful change begins with empowering communities and that responsible resource management is key to a healthier, more equitable future.

Dr. Lucy Deba Enomah is a geospatial and environmental planning expert whose work bridges technology, policy, and sustainability. Dr. Lucy brings over five years of experience in applying GIS and remote sensing to support land use planning, resource conservation, and informed decision-making. Her research includes high-resolution imagery

 

Dr. Lucy Deba Enomah is a geospatial and environmental planning expert whose work bridges technology, policy, and sustainability. Dr. Lucy brings over five years of experience in applying GIS and remote sensing to support land use planning, resource conservation, and informed decision-making. Her research includes high-resolution imagery analysis, land use change detection, and preservation strategies, tools that are essential to EcoWater Alliance’s mission of protecting water systems and promoting sustainable development.

Lucy holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Buea in Cameroon, a master’s in Environmental Sanitation from Ghent University in Belgium, and a second master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from USF and a PhD in Geography and Environmental Science and Policy program at the University of South Florida, Her interdisciplinary background equips her to design data-driven solutions that are both locally grounded and globally relevant.

As an environmental professor and GIS consultant, Lucy is passionate about conserving finite resources and advancing equitable access to clean water and sanitation. Her expertise in geographic analytics, project management, and environmental policy strengthens EcoWater Alliance’s capacity to deliver impactful, community-centered programs that foster resilience and sustainability.

Kemba Anderson-Golhor is a seasoned policy strategist with over two decades of experience shaping social and health initiatives across nonprofit and governmental sectors. Her work centers on building equitable systems and fostering cross-sector collaboration to improve the well-being of communities in Canada and around the world.

Kemba Anderson-Golhor is a seasoned policy strategist with over two decades of experience shaping social and health initiatives across nonprofit and governmental sectors. Her work centers on building equitable systems and fostering cross-sector collaboration to improve the well-being of communities in Canada and around the world.

Currently serving as Manager of Regulatory and International Policy at Health Canada’s Tobacco Control Directorate, Kemba leads Canada’s global engagement on tobacco control—bringing a nuanced understanding of international policy frameworks and public health diplomacy. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement and program development aligns with EcoWater Alliance’s commitment to advancing sustainable water and sanitation solutions through culturally responsive, community-driven approaches.

Kemba holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University, along with a Master’s in Social Work specializing in Social Services Administration from the University of Toronto. Her background in social policy and international development strengthens EcoWater Alliance’s capacity to design inclusive, scalable interventions that promote environmental resilience and social equity.
